Principal
As a Principal at CodeGreen, Patricia advises on CodeGreen’s corporate and portfolio-wide energy and sustainability program development. She has over 10 years of experience in the sustainable architecture, construction, energy management, and environmental management fields. Patricia has particular expertise in developing and obtaining long and short terms energy efficiency and sustainability goals with clients – developing data driven strategies and innovative solutions to fit organizational needs and resources. Patricia manages a team of engineers, urban planners, architects, and project managers to deliver on a wide array of projects from energy and environmental management planning, energy auditing, retro-commissioning, sustainable building certifications, energy benchmarking, design consulting, enterprise energy and sustainable performance tracking, and implementation projects. She has managed the completion of over 10 million square feet of energy audits and commissioning work as well as over 30 LEED certification projects. Patricia is a LEED AP, Certified Energy Manager, ISO 14001 trained auditor, and a Certified Passive House Consultant. She also spearheaded CodeGreen’s software solutions division which includes CodeGreen’s free energy compliance mobile app and ProActTM, a sustainability and energy efficiency tracking tool. Patricia Lee earned her BA in Urban Studies & Architecture with a minor in Environmental Science from Columbia University.
