Managing Principal

As Managing Principal, Adin oversees CodeGreen’s team of sustainability and energy professionals, working together to deliver holistic sustainability and energy management solutions. Adin is focused on the continuous development of CodeGreen’s talented team and continuing to build on our strong, long-term client relationships. Adin has managed the completion of over 25 million square feet of energy audits and commissioning studies, and has extensive experience overseeing staff implementing LEED and other sustainability projects for CodeGreen clients. Prior to joining CodeGreen, Adin worked as an energy engineer, focusing primarily on energy modeling, building science and energy retrofits in existing buildings throughout the New York City area. Adin gained substantial business and operations management experience prior to entering the energy efficiency field, working for a decade as a business operations consultant for one of the world’s largest franchising companies. The combination of these skills informs a unique perspective of the sustainability and energy efficiency industry. Adin earned his MS in Energy Management and an Advanced Certificate in Environmental Management from New York Institute of Technology. Adin holds a Certified Energy Manager certification from the Association of Energy Engineers and is an active member of the National Ski Patrol.
