As Director of the Energy Practice, Joshua Kace brings 10 years of experience in energy engineering for commercial and industrial buildings. He oversees the Energy Management and Engineering Departments at CodeGreen, ensuring all energy services go beyond existing industry standards to maximize tangible value to the client. Over his career, Joshua has performed over 75 ASHRAE Level II or higher energy audits of primarily commercial and industrial buildings. In addition, Joshua has over 6 years of experience leveraging custom, cloud-based energy data management in parallel with on-site metering and audit services to solve problems ranging from tenant billing inaccuracies to performance trending of buildings. Joshua holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University and a LEED AP O+M accreditation from US Green Building Council. He also maintains Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and Certified Measurement & Verification Professional (CMVP) certifications from the Association of Energy Engineers.
