Buildings over 20,000sf will have to submit July 1, 2019.
First Round of Energy Audits for commercial buildings will be due in 2019
Make sure you are preparing for this work and interviewing reputable firms to perform engineering studies to comply with this law.
Buildings with AIN numbers ending in 0 or 1 are due in 2019.
